At Carve Designs, we want you to love your fit and feel confident in every adventure. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

  Package the Items

  Place your items in the original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original hangtags are attached to the garments.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
